Returns

In case you received a different product than described then you can request a return. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Note that returns for sizing issues is not provided, so we advice always check the sizing guide before placing an order.

Please note that we don't accept returns on items that has already been used and tags have already been removed.

Refunds

If you did not receive your order within the guaranteed time(50 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item/not as described you can request a refund or a reshipment.   

Refund cannot be processed under below mentioned cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of BTS Merch (i.e. not cleared by customs).

NOTE: Due to PayPal's new refund policy, a full refund will not include the PayPal fees that are retained by PayPal.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. If 24 hours has passed then we are unable to cancel your order as it would have already been shipped.
